Went on a big ride Saturday. The weather was great, and I actually got a little sunburned. After the winter months, it seems my pasty arms weren't ready for the UVs. Luckily, my grandmother has been collecting articles for me and Tom about how to protect our lilly white skin this summer :) Thanks Mema.
Today the weather was bad with lots of rain, lightning, and thunder. I even heard from a friend that they had golf ball sized hail in Kansas! Imagine getting halfway through a ride and then getting pelted with ice!! That would slow you down, but Mema hasn't sent me any related articles, so I guess we don't have anything to worry about - I'll keep you posted.
